ELECTRONIC PRESCRIPTION SERVICE.

Prescriptions as we know them are changing. The NHS is phasing out where possible the old green forms and a new electronic prescription will be sent digitally to your chosen pharmacy.

It is now time to nominate a pharmacy to recieve your electronic prescriptions. If you need more information please see the video below or call into see us.

To nominate us as your chosen pharmacy you can call in or print off the the form yourself and drop it into us.

If you are unable to get out and within our area call us and we will drop a form round.
